The links to R-code iin this datast were a problem for pasta. 
mob gave this dataset's id to Duane as a test case in portal-s, the staging server. 
then she decided to move the datasets resources to a child dir.

so the files are temporarily in 2 places: 
this dir (Genomics), where Duane's bug will look for them, 
and the child dir (Genomics/johansson_geospatial), where the production dataset (sbc.73.1) will access them

When Duane is done with the links, remove the redundant files in the parent dir.
