Description:

Sensor deployment

SeaFET sensors are deployed at SBC LTER instrument moorings, usually with several other instruments: ADCP, Seabird CTD thermistors, Oxygen. Deployment details are maintained internally, contact sbclter@msi.ucsb.edu for more information.

Data processing

Individual sensor deployments are corrected using field-collected benchmark samples (available in another dataset, see http://sbc.lternet.edu/data). This dataset uses the CO2calc program, and inputs and outputs are included. See protocol documents for more information.
